• Anyone wishing to attend who is 16 or over counts as an adult.

• Children aged six to fifteen inclusive are eligible to come at half-price.

• Any child under 6 counts as an ‘infant’ and therefore may attend for free, but must have a booked ticket.

• Please be aware that if you wish to cancel a booking for any reason, we are only able to provide a full refund up to three months before the conference, due to our contractual obligations to Highgate House Conference Centre.
